Simple Appointments is accessed through a web-browser, such as Internet Explorer, and is therefore accessible from an unlimited number of computers in your office, at your home, or around the world, simply by entering a SimpleAppointments.com address. But unlike some web-based systems, Simple Appointments runs on one of your on-site computers to ensure the best performance and does not rely on your Internet connection for local use.

The software also securely synchronizes with our own Simple Appointments server, so not only is your data completely safe off-site in case of fire, flood, or hardware failure, but your system is still available from any location with Internet access.
 

We do not sell or support computer hardware. We will, however, provide you with detailed specifications on the computers you should use with Simple Appointments. Standard Windows PC's now available between $500 and $600 from Dell or your local computer store will more than adequately run the Simple Appointments system and offer satisfactory warranties.
