Simple Appointments has been used by Arthur Murray franchises since 2005. It is currently used by four studios, with many more to come.

For best results, you can have one computer at your front desk for scheduling appointments, one computer at your dance floor for instructor read-only reference, and one in your office for management and other use.

Simple Appointments has been highly customized to meet the needs of an Arthur Murray franchise in the most efficient manner possible. Enrollments and lesson usage, payments, private and group lessons are all easily managed with a few clicks. Weekly franchise reports and instructor activity reports are automatically generated.

This software has not been endorsed or reviewed by Arthur Murray International. It is a development in cooperation with individual franchise owners.
